Best Buy Floors is the parent company of Designers & Builders Source Inc., serving Northeast Florida. The company employs 52 team members and partners with more than 150 subcontractors. With eight warehouses in Orange Park and St. Augustine totaling nearly 40,000 square feet, Best Buy Floors has the scale and resources to handle projects of every size.
Since 1991, Best Buy Floors has been a proud member of CCA Global Partners—originally founded as Carpet Co-op of America in 1984. Today, CCA spans 14 cooperatives across multiple industries, giving independent businesses like Best Buy Floors the advantage of national buying power while remaining locally owned and operated.
Bonnie Fenwick, president of Best Buy Floors, describes it best: “You’re locally owned, but you’re with like-minded people and you get national buying power.” Calvin Modling, founder of the company, adds that joining the cooperative was the best business decision he ever made, allowing the company to retain independence while benefiting from shared resources, product lines, and efficiencies.
