Bonnie Modling Fenwick began her career as a dental hygienist before joining her father, Calvin Modling, in the family flooring business in the early 2000s. Having grown up around the store—helping with carpet rolls, jobsite walks, and office work—she transitioned into sales, then management, and ultimately became president of Best Buy Floors Inc. a decade ago. With over 20 years in the industry, Bonnie leads with the same dedication her father instilled, combining hands-on experience with strong leadership.
